Ms. Rich’s hybridizing program has evolved from patterned daylilies to a focus on the exciting frontier of sculpted daylilies, and her very hardy zone 4B daylilies are well suited for Connecticut gardens, all of which are zone 5 or milder.  Her beautiful new daylilies can be viewed on her website www.holdnheavendaylilies.com.

The Connecticut Daylily Society invites all interested gardeners to attend this event which is free of charge and open to the public.  After a social hour commencing at noon; Charmaine Rich’s program will begin at 1:30.

The Avon Senior Center is located at the Sycamore Hills Recreation Center, 635 West Avon Road (Rt. 167), Avon, CT at the junction of Sycamore and Scoville Roads.
