From Marion Miller:
Some don’t like orange daylilies. Hem. Highland Pinched Fingers ( Toll 1991) might change their mind. About 30 inches tall with almost 7 inch flowers on well branched scapes, this daylily glows. Mix with other oranges, reds and golds for best effect. Such a favorite, I used it for my Open Garden postcard last year and here to share with you.

I thought that was Highland Pinched Fingers. It took mine about 3 years to age into the burnt orange petal tips. The first couple of years it was a solid golden yellow. Nice clump shot !
Drop dead gorgeous and I,m not an orange girl
It’s one of my favorites, too!
3 yrs is a long time for me…but it looks great
