More Member Favorites!

Club member Marion Miller has some recommendations for us–and it’s getting to be the perfect time to plan our spring orders. 🙂

Marion says:

I am very fond of the daylilies of Jim Murphy and Margo Reed and I like good performers.

Monacan Trail (Murphy 2005) is a fantastic daylily. It starts blooming early and goes on and on and on.

I like to pair it with a purple daylily so that the colors pop. Add Liatris spicata for a dazzling combo.

Marion also likes Panama Pink.

She says:

Here is another very beautiful introduction from Jim Murphy. Panama Pink (Murphy 2008) is light pink with slightly darker edges.

Its amazing form comes from its parent Margo Reed Indeed. I swoon when the first flower opens on this daylily.
